##### Issue

You might occasionally experience a slow initial load time for web forms. This issue can also occur after a period of inactivity (around 2 hours).

However, once the form has been loaded, any other forms will load quickly.

##### Cause

This is due to the .NET compilation time, which occurs when:

- The form has been modified in the Form Designer, or

- The IIS application pool is automatically recycled. You can adjust the recycling frequency. See [https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc753179%28v=ws.10%29.aspx](https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc753179(v=ws.10).aspx) for more information.
