WorkflowGen usernames must be unique for all directories. To manage multiple directories in WorkflowGen that are each synced to a different domain, you’ll need to prefix the username for each of them. This will ensure that there will be no duplicate usernames from the two different domains.

#### Example

If you have two directories called `Dir1` and `Dir2`:

- `Dir1` domain prefixed with `dir1\`

- `Dir2` domain prefixed with `dir2\`

#### Important

- Make sure to use the system identifier as the synchronization key.

- If you upgrade an existing directory, users will have access to all of their existing requests and actions because WorkflowGen is using an internal user ID.
