# Custom view for actors

Hi,  
We would like provide an user, who is only participant as actor an custom view or report on dash board.  
If this possible?

Hello.  
A participant “actor” can only see his actions in views. You can create a view on his own actions (open and close) but that’s it.

Is the need is to let him view more process instances, you can give him supervisor rights in read only mode. Then you can create a view as supervisor to let him have access to a larger reporting. (In our processes, we have a participant “SUPERVISOR\_READ\_ONLY” that has no action to perform. It only purpose is to give access to a global reporting.
