# Classify requests based on form data

Hi,  
How can I classify group of requests based on a specific form data and show it in User portal with specific name  
by default, WFG classify requests based on number of participants  
(Person- Action To do  
Person list- Action Team To do)

Hi Rami,

Apologies for the delay. You can use the Advanced View Search and have a link to it in the portal for the desired users.
